So I've taken the plunge and launched my website. I've been working on it for several months now and finally have it where I want it. You can visit it here:

To celebrate, I am running the following promotion:

Website Launch Special

Book your session this week (before Monday April 13) and receive 2 free sets of wallets (8 wallets total, $30 value). Session must take place within a month of booking to receive special.

I am also currently holding a casting call. I am looking for models for my portfolio in three categories. If you fit into one of these categories, you will receive a waived session fee and a free 5x7 (with a signed model release).

Maternity
I am looking for models between 32-36 weeks pregnant (if you are pregnant but don't fit into this time frame, call me and we'll see what we can work out).

Newborns
Newborns under 2 weeks old (especially girls), or women who are close to their due date and would like to schedule a newborn session in advance.

Children
I'm currently looking for boys and girls ages 5-10. Sibling groups welcome, too!

I am also offering a special promotion on birth photography. Call or e-mail me for details.

Sneak Peek of Baby "E"

Baby "E" was in a great mood when I showed up to do his pictures on Saturday. Who could resist those big blue eyes and adorable chubby cheeks? Not me! I've been priviledged to capture mom when she was pregnant, and baby "E" as a newborn and I can't believe he's 3 months already. I look forward to many more pictures with him in the future. I had a blast working with little baby "T". He was my quickest newborn session yet, 1 hour 45 minutes. I couldn't believe it was such a breeze. Mom and Dad were so proud to have such a gorgeous little boy. Wouldn't you be?



And who doesn't love a hanging newborn?!?

Sleepy Bendy Newborn

I was so excited to have the chance to photograph baby "J" today. At just 5 days old, I was pretty sure he'd still be very bendy, and also very sleepy. Boy was I right. I couldn't have asked for his session to go any smoother. He snuggled, he slept, woke up for a little bit and went back to sleep. We didn't even have any accidents until the very end (and on his daddy, I might add!). Here are a few of my favorites. Mom and Dad, your gallery will be up within a week. Enjoy!

I had a blast working with "E". She was as beautiful as ever, and glowed the whole time. Not only was she easy to work with, but she was willing to indulge me and try some different shots (imagine skipping through a field at 36 weeks pregnant! yeah, I told you she was a good sport!) Just Wanted to Share My New Business Cards

I've had several things designed recently by Tracy at SugarLime Designs (www.sugarlimephotography.com). I had admired her work for quite some time and was so excited to work with her on my logo, business cards, blog header and postcards (still working on those). This is the design she came up with for my business cards. I can't wait to get them printed. Ok, I'm drooling now :)
